Joe , Ok , here is what we have so far.
1.  Cord,yoko & Icarus from planet Earth
2.  Commander Tejat..(the bat man)Ignore that note on the drwaing about
    him being from Rastaban. If it ever comes up we'll say he is from
    the planet Kulun.
3.  The Emporer and his family are from Eltanin.(you have their faces)
4.  The man with scales on his face is a surface dweller on the planet
    Altais.
5.  The Squid people live in the oceans of Altais. (conflict)
6.  The monkey man,General Vespasian, can show up in a Rastaban fighter.
    I spelled Rastaban wrong on the drawing I sent you. I put Rastibin,
    thats not right.
7.  The snake man, is a Star ship pilot from Sarin. (Fierce fighters)
    He can show up in the space battle in a Sarin Star Fighter.
8.  Zokar and his family and army are from Grumium.
9.  All these races can be seen at concerts and at the bi-centenual
    celebration.
10. So, we have Earth,Kulun,Eltanin,two races from Altais,Rastanan,Sarin
    and Grumium.
