I'm an Illinois artist who's 'career' started in 1987 when my brother and I worked at the same
business. That's where we started a cartoon war. We taped cartoons that we drew to the wall next to my desk and this went on until the wall was covered. Everyone at work were interested in seeing the
next cartoon. As time passed, we both quit that job and the fun was over, so we thought. Luckily we both have the internet now, so we've continued the war in this forum. Hence the 'Cartoon Wall'
at SCATCAT & Sweetbones.
I also design bread dough jewelry that I display on my site. Earrings, pins and the like.
With the support of my wonderful husband and the
internet, I've re-newed my interest in art, and created my own characters, beloved SCATCAT and Sweetbones, and now they are a part of me. I only hope that people visiting my site enjoy my creations as much as I
enjoy creating them. |
