anesa Littlecrow (a.k.a. Vas Littlecrow) is a Puerto Rican cartoonist and retired model. She graduated from Moorhead State University with a Spanish B.A.
She currently lives with her husband in a dome somewhere in rural Minnesota. She is the author of several comic strips including Sammy and her own semi-autobiographical serials, the Nine Lives of Catnose and the Secret Lives of Catnose. She is also the publisher of The Rice Reader monthly, an active member of her community and a Kitchen Consultant.
