ur object  is Free expression activities for all East European cartoonists:
-informing cartoonists about the legal restrictions to free speech,
-alerting your email network about attacks against the press or journalists in Romania or reports of this from any in our cartooning network,
-running cartoon competitions that inform the public about free speech issues, developing a fund for cartoonists at risk,
-monitoring cartoonists at risk, and
-any other services or events that promote free expression of ideas
