"YO-HO!"  BOOK SIGNING @ GIO FEST

Look for moi'    Oct. 6th-7th at our GIO FEST booth in front of the main gate to Harbor Festival.

I'll be signing copies of my just released   "2008 DESK CALENDARS"-- and anything else that won't get me in too much trouble...

*Special thanks to Alex & Molly at The Blue Bean Espresso Bar for prominen t display of our books!

This just in from local friend and photographer, Garry Johnson -- first he caught me doodling while the firehouse burned down...

Then he caught me stuffing my face with my favorite combo from Foster's Freeze -- Garry!

"It's Joe Albertsons' supermarket but..."

But the pleasure is mine to publicly thank Store Director Sean Emerson for providing a prominent display area (Checkout #1!)  for our  local  fundraiser cartoon books.
Despite hundreds of dollars in direct donations and  tens of thousands of dollars worth of free   advertising via indirect donation/newspaper comics -- it has been well nigh impossible to find a home, ie: retail space for these unique souvineers designed to benefit our:
Book 1: Fireworks Show
Book 2: Maritime Museum
Book 3: Morro Bay Veterans-In-Need
Book 4: Fire Muster

So again -- I thank "Joe Albertson".

Sean Emerson for this great gift of support.
Get 'em while they're hot!
Pix attached of our first customer --
I got to autograph the book for this boy, Phillip while his mom was in the check-out line -- Thanks Mom!
