ANOMALIES was first published in 1985 by the Easy Reader in Hermosa Beach California as the First Place Winner of their annual contest "Best Of". The brain child of Bobby Ettinger, a promising stand up comedian - I dutifully brought his warped punchlines to life with the help of my own skewed vision and a Koala Pad.

ANOMALIES was also my first stab at cartooning; a kick in the pants by friend Keith Robinson of "MAKING IT" fame.

First Place the first time out. Was it my future - or just some ANOMALIES?
